I contacted KV Shih Tzu to see if the puppies they had were teacup and they wanted me to send them $500 and they ship the pet to me. We were going out of town and I asked that they hold the puppy for a week and half and they wanted a deposit. They wanted Western Union of iTunes cards in the amount of $300. Then I got notification that the puppy would arrive on Saturday at 4 pm. He never showed so I contacted her and she said she would check with the shipper. There was supposedly a weather delay and he wouldn’t get in to Dallas until 10 pm that night they would most likely deliver the next day. I requested it be brought to my house that night no matter what time it was. Next day by 9 am still no puppy. I contacted her again and she was contacting shipper. The next thing I get a call from the Colorado Pet and Livestock Control Unit telling me they sent me an e-mail and i must get a certificate that cost $950 and send it another Harris Mock in Tulsa, Ok. If I didn’t do this my puppy would be put in quarantine and I would be charged $1200 and have to answer to the courts. The more questions I asked the madder the man got. They sent me pictures with puppies in crates and none of them were my puppy and the crates had Korean Airlines. I live in Texas and there is no reason for them to send the pet to Colorado.
