Typical scam, real estate broker has buyer wants to invest in time share, takes down information on time share, calls back good news, lets you know a title company will contact you, they do and here is the scam. Delta Title company wants 15% of sale for fees to change ownership, and that money in my case would have been $7000. up front to close. They give story that its all sitting in a trust fund for you and you will be reimbursed upon completion of sale.
