I received a phone call from a woman claiming to be with the Department of Justice. It came through on caller ID as coming from an odd number: 43227. She explained that the DOJ had been tracking my computer use through their "Cyber Crime" division and noticed that my identity had been stolen by people in foreign countries. She began asking me questions, and I refused to answer. I asked for the DOJ phone number so that I could call them back to check validity. The number she gave was 1-800-725-3525. I called the number back it was an automated system claiming I had won a cruise, but that I needed to answer several survey questions. Without answering any questions, I hung up and decided to report this incident to your organization as well as the Dept of Justice.
