Consumer received emailed stated he was a winner of 5 mill 500 thousand dollars and that the consumer would need to use there personal credit card to the obtain the fee of $130 for UPS or $100 for fedex or $95.00 payment choice respond to the email. Customer did not respond except to ask that they stop emailing.
