This started as an ad online. They had a great story about the Princess of England owned the company and it was a new facial cream. They said it was free with $4.95 shipping for a test jar. I went to order one and as I ordered, without my approval they added another product and raised the shipping bill $11. After the order there was a disclaimer telling me the story was fiction. I thought, "stupid me". The two products arrived and I only used them one time but as I realized it was a scam and I had no idea what was in them I stashed them away and forgot about it. Today I received another order. I called the number and was told I had had 2 weeks to cancel a subscription and didn’t. There was never anything about a subscription. When I demanded they cancel me today and give me my money back they hung up on me. I called again and they hung up on me. After this , still thinking they were charging my credit card another $11.00. I went to my credit card statement and found they had made 12 payments to my credit card totalling $398.64
