The company called me and stated that they were having a hard time upgrading my computer. I told him I didn’t want him in there and he said he was already in there. Then he asked did I see the watchdog emblem below. He told me to type something in and I told him I wasn’t going to. I told him to leave me alone and I hung up. He called back and I didn’t answer. He called back again and told me they already had your visa on file and would charge me $499.99 and he proceeded to call me a vulgar name.
