I ordered a 2-1 curling iron, similar to the Thyme product. On July 29 item was getting ready to ship, on August 9 item was unable to be delivered to my house by USPS. I went to the PO to pick up, and they have nothing! They investigated it further with the tracking number I was given, and it shows item is in China. I have the email with all the above information from dealbursts to back up my claim. I’m out $54.97 and have requested a refund. Still waiting.
