Type of a scam Online Purchase
Order a product from the website. The website claimed they shipped the product (created a shipping label). Since the company claimed they shipped the package and the company is claiming I should have my product "soon" but I have still not received anything. The company claimed my package is stuck in customs but I contact customs and they told me that they do not have/ never received my package The company turns around and says it’s still at the post office and they will be making the delivery soon. They will not refund my money back bacause they said the product already shipped but they can’t show proof that they shipped anything. The tracking info I was given still says pre-shippment and it has ever updated to anything past that. The company has now stopped responding to me regarding the status of my package.
