Caller offered a highly discounted rate for three services "bundled" to include cable TV, internet, phone for $96. Also said that the current contract with a certain cable provider could be discontinued. Was asked for social security number, and would not provide a phone number where someone could return the call because "this is a special promotion." Volunteered that company is based in Ohio.
