Type of a scam Tech Support
after receiving a repair PC program from them for $64.00 that they installed on my PC, they waited about 2 months and then called me back to tell me the program was bad and they wanted to refund me my money. They had to get back into my PC and go on my back account to refund the money, They said they were giving me $800.00 and that I had to wire them back $500.00, the red flag went up then and I hung up the phone and shut down my PC, but the kept calling me back from 1-661-748-0240. I told them I was at the bank and that no refund has been entered, they told me to leave the bank now and wire then back their money. They then locked up my PC so I was unable to use it.
