I placed two orders with this company after finding them on Facebook. The first order was placed on October 15th and on October 26th I received a shipment tracking email. Stupidly on November 2nd I placed another order. On November 4th I emailed the company asking how long does processing and shipping normally take. I also commented on one of Krafty Chix’s FB posts and asked the same question. The owner (Denise Pitterle) responded to my email stating that she promised orders would go out by the end of the week. Since that time I have sent two more emails and have not received a response. I have also been blocked from commenting on their posts. Today I sent a FB message directly to Denise Pitterle and have yet to receive a response. In addition, the original tracking number that I was sent on October 26th still does not work. Please help me get my credit card refunded from this scammer.
