Received a letter in mail (name on stamped return address did not exactly match the inside name ; i.e. listed as David Hershberger inside letter but David Hersberger on envelope in stamped ink) seeking our contact information and asking if we’d be willing to sell our real estate, as this individual stated they found our name on the auditor’s website and asked for us to send a personal note with our contact information.
