Using one of my friends Messenger accounts on Facebook I got a message that looked like she contacted me. As soon as the scammer sent me a couple of messages asking me if I had heard from the Dept. Of Health and Human Services Empowerment Program yet, I knew it was a scam.
The Scammer claims it is an Empowerment Program set up by the Federal Gov. to help people financially old, young, deaf and retired people for standard of living. Scammer says he seen my name on the list and tells me to contact them and claim my winning money and gives me this
phone number (323) 509-5585. Scammer repeatedly asks if you have called yet.
