I found the company, Denton Appliance Services, by using google search. I spoke to a man stating he was the owner and would send a tech to repair my washing machine. The tech arrived and I gave him $140 in cash for the service call which was $80 and $60 for deposit on the floater part he needed. Since then, the owner and tech refuse to call me back and they’ve blocked my number. I call from a different number and they answer and ask if I need service. A complete scam.
