Dahnke and Rosales Manufacturing

Type of a scam Other

Dahnke and Rosales collected payment in full to manufacture cabinets for a kitchen remodel. The firm quit the project 6 weeks before the cabinets were to be delivered. At the point when Mike Rosales declared to my contractor, "I quit", his business had purchased no materials for my project and manufactured nothing, yet Dahnke and Rosales kept the entire payment. I won a judgment in court ordering Dahnke and Rosales to pay a full refund yet Dahnke and Rosales refused to pay. The collection process is ongoing even though J. Dahnke state the firm will pay nothing.

Initially J. Dahnke and Mike Rosales were pleasant and professional. Later Rosales became irritable, unresponsive to emails and phone calls, and extremely unprofessional. I spoke with other former clients as well as a Denver Kitchen design shop. My experience is a pattern with Dahnke and Rosales. A Google search will verify the pattern. While my incident with D & R occurred in 2015, the company continues to cheat clients and contractors. They get payment upfront and then don’t deliver. Recently they refused to pay a cabinet installer for work he completed. They deducted Workman’s Comp from employees’ checks but didn’t buy Workman’s Comp insurance.
