I order through the app and received a message stating food delivered. I never received my order, got in contact with customer service they stated that the dasher try to reach me but couldn’t and for that reason I won’t be able to receive my money back how is it possible one message stating something and then they turn around stating something else so they won’t have to refund my money. I paid for a service that I never received

The scammer called from a doordash number claiming that i needed to verify my identity in order to complete my delivery and asked for my username and password. They also stated my full name which led me to believe that it was legit. Now doordash is basically saying they will try to recover the funds although its rare that they do. Sounds like crap to me !!!! I work hard for the money i make and this isnt fair
