I received a call from Dell E Wizard Support Wizard. I have found out that Dell never calls you. They offered to clean up our computer and it was going to crash. I allowed them into your computer. I paid them $300 for a lifetime service. They are only willing to refund $200. She said we would receive it in 8 -10 business days. I called and told Nick Robinson that it was scam and he hung up on me. I called again 5 minutes later. I then called 321-549-5483 and talked to Andrea Lee. She asked me why I wanted to cancel and I told he they were a scam.
