I bought a yorkshire terrier puppy on line from smart puppy shop .com. for $500.00.their on line AD says free shipping and approved airline crate.After transactions was completed I was inform that puppy will be ship directly to shipping address. I was then contacted by smart puppy shop shipping company their partner.Daily pet movers contacted and inform me that puppy is being processed for shipment. When I ask for update I for the shipment .I was ask to pay an Insurance fee for $950.00 to finish the shipment processed of the puppy.This insurance fee was not included nor mention by seller smart puppy shop.With hesitation I paid the insurance fee .They ask me to send fee to Augustin Dinga pittsburgh, pennsylvania 15106 by western union money transfer. after completing transactions. The following day I ask for update of shipment. James the person who always answer the phone. ask me again to pay a fee for the use of an electronic crate for the puppy to be ship. I did not pay the additional fee of $850.00 for crate .I told him and text the on line Ad that smart puppy shop that its included in the sale of the puppy and the responsiblilty of the seller and I’m the buyer. I have not received a reply from partner parties so and have not received the puppy I purchased and paid online. This on line website should be removed to prevent other innocent people SCAMM of their hard earn money.
