Type of a scam Online Purchase
Someone called me (on a Saturday night no less) saying initially that they are collecting feedback about a recent purchase I made from Dell. They then proceeded to make a special offer to improve the warranty on my purchase. They had all of my contact information, notes about the cause of my purchase, the product type etc. But then they asked me for my Dell credit line number and verification information. I hung up. They then called me 4 more times in rapid succession trying to get me back on the phone. I put in a call to the Dell fraud team who advised me not to give them any information.
