Type of a scam Phishing
Scammers convinced my grandparents that they were DirecTV and could get a better package for much less. My grandparents gave them their banking information, but thankfully I was able to stop everything and block their account! 7+ days after all of this, they continue to call and do so using 14+ phone #’s, and are constantly harrassing them. DO NOT EVER GIVE DEBIT/CREDIT CARD INFORMATION TO SOMEONE OVER THE PHONE!!!!
