Receive a call from Data Check of Americia they also called themselves paydaya.com. They said I have a bad check from 2001. My police confirmed this was fraud because the statute of limitations on bad checks was 1 year. Several friends said they received these call recently too. The phone number is 866-218-3402 and 678-809-2785. I contacted the Cobb county police fraud division since the call came from Mableton GA.
