Type of a scam Advance Fee Loan
I have just received an email by a law firm named: Esper Law Firm, Dave Brunswick, Legislation Department
This law firm is threatening me with a lawsuit for receiving funds from a loan company by the name of: CashNet USA, with the accusation, that I did not submit payment to repay this loan!
I have never applied for any loan with this company, nor did I receive monetary funds from this company at any time!
However; who ever they may be, are in possession of my name and social security number!
