Jeff was contacted by this person claiming he won 1.5 billion from the lottery and 2 cars. All he had to do to claim the money was to send, Dannio $2,000 through Western Union to pay for the taxes and fees. The person kept calling even after told not to call. They gave him different names at different times to put the money order name in and different locations to send it.
