REFERENCE: Cynthia Morgan: 646-854-7853 – she sent me pictures, I called her, etc. She said they charged her $5000 and gave it back to her when they shipped the dog? BUT never told me that before I had been talking to her!
Agreed on $400 for puppy and $100 shipping. He told me it would be fine; a nanny would be with the puppy on the plane and they would deliver to my house.
At 1 pm on 1/19/18 I went to Walmart did a Walmart to Walmart transfer of $500 plus $8 for the transfer.
(I called Walmart – to Walmart and they said the guy picked up the money right away).
Then at 4:50 pm I get a call to validate address:
And was told to send the puppy I had to go to a Western Union and send $1600
For shots and crate but would get the money back.
This guy is Samuel Souza, Lincoln Nebraska – 513-333-2352
I told him I am not paying Western Union $1600 and then getting back $1600 it makes no sense.
He is sending me threatening text messages that the puppy is mine and if I don’t pay they will give to pet rescue people and the Quarantine will contact and fine me for abandonment.
They gave me tracking number of: TUMAME
They sent two google voice verification codes that I can’t do anything with. They are:

I went to Walmart store today to file a fraud request. Walmart said Fitchburg Police needs to call them at:
844-832-1373.

Devan Morgan picked up the $500 at 3 pm on 1/19/18. Location: Omaha Nebraska Walmart store number 3152.
If you call you can get photo of him at the Walmart store from their camera and notify the Omaha Nebraska police – I want this guy caught and my money back.
