HE was offering corgi puppies at $450 plus free shipping within the USA and canada. He told me to use moneygram or western union to send him the money before he would ship. Once the money was sent he then said there would be a shipping fee of $850 to ship the puppy which then I knew it had to be a scam. He reassured me a refund if the puppy was not sent. I doubt that will happen.
