I received an email from Denham Springs Business Recognition that said my company "has been selected for the 2016 Best of Denham Springs Awards for Certified Public Accountant. For details and more information please view our website:" which it gives a link to denhamsprings.awardconnections.org then it stated if the link did not work to copy and paste http://denhamsprings.essesse.org with some other information specific to my business in that link. These links seem to just be some sort of scam to get business owners to purchase a plaque or award with prices varying from $150-$230.
