Monday, July 18th 2016. ‘Damon’ (changed subject when i asked for his last name) called me and asked if I was interested in working from home. I told him yes I was. He then said this was a rare opportunity & only certain individuals qualify. He said he needed to ask me a few questions (for qualification i assume). Summary: Do i work, do i have kids, highest level of education, etc. I do not work, i do not have kids, i went to a tech school but did not graduate. He said I met qualifications. Then he asked me if I had a ‘couple hundred dollars’ that would be needed in order to start my online business for advertising for companies. He also asked if i had a checking account. I do not have one, i have a PayPal account though but he said that would not work because when i would get paid it would be a direct deposit. I may be wrong but i am pretty sure you can direct deposit to a PayPal account being as you have to have a checking account, credit or debit card to even own a PayPal account. Anyways, he asked me if i owned a credit card or a debit card. I do not. Also, when I answered the phone ‘Damon’ never told me the company he worked for he just immediately explained what the company did. I had to ask him for the company name at the end of the phone call.

I received a call from a Kelly around 5:00 pm on today, June 20, 2016. She asked if I was interested in working from home, in which I responded, I was interested but because of all the scams that are going on now that I was unsure of the validity of the companies, therefore I was not willing to entertain the thought until I researched and found proof of the companies accreditation in this work from home field. She immediately stated they they were accredited with the ScamPulse.com and a number one choice in this field. She proceeded to tell me that it would require $300.00 upfront and once that was paid, they would set me up then. I proceeded to tell her that I was not interested at this time, so she finally responded and told me to keep the number, which is provided above, and if I changed my mind in the future to give her a call back. She didn’t advise me of her last name, but she stated that she was the only Kelly there so I would speak with her directly. I could tell from the onset of the call that this was suspicious and wanted to pass this along to make others aware.
