Contacted my wife and I by phone, with an offer to purchase our Grand Bliss timeshare. He e mailed an offer to purchase for us to sign, then requested a copy of our Timeshare contract, If the offer was accepted the funds would go into escrow account. We were assured that the costs and his commissions would be paid by the Buyer,
