Offered a trial of supplements, during the checkout, it added additional unwanted items and checked out, support e-mails went unanswered. Absolutely no paperwork in the samples to allow contact to cancel, and started shipping monthly products without authorization. When calling them, they will not give a company name or address, and say they cannot refund the purchase. They also refuse to transfer to a supervisor, even after supposedly talking to one to get additional discounts. State that management never talks on the phone.
