I received a message on my phone from a man identifying himself as David Greg. He claimed the US Treasury was taking an "enforcement action" against me and warned that I could be guilty of a federal criminal offense. He urged me to call him and "allow him to help me". The number he left was 518-861-9598

We gave the wrong phone number on my last complaint. The correct phone number is 850-266-7482. We received one call around 11 am and the second around 3 pm from David Greg. We were not given an exact charge and at first we though the mentioned pension and the second message sounded like attention.
The message mention this was a second notice of a enforcement action by US Treasury and if we did not appear before a Magistrate Judge or a grand jury, we will be held in contempt of court. This is new news to us and we have not received anything from the US Treasury. We did not call the scammer.
