I only ordered the trial product of derma rewind $10.93 on my credit card and that amt. was fine. My next credit card statement derma rewind charged me $92.96. I didn’t authorize this charge. I called my credit card and derma rewind about I wanted my money back to me. The lady at derma rewind refused and was not helpful in any way. I am still in the middle trying to get my money back.

Iseen a ad regarding the Victoria Osteen anti aging cream. I started ordering over the internet and when they asked me for my credit card number. I closed the email. They called me back and I told them the reason I did not place the order is because I didn’t like giving out my credit card number on the internet. She went on to say she under stood and that I should be assured that my card would only be charged $4.95 and my number would not be kept on record. She told me if I want any additional product then to call them back to place a full order. My bank sent me a letter today and stated there may be fraudulent charges on my credit card. This is how I found out Derma Remind made several attempts to take money from my account and finally got $46.45 and told me to call them and request they refund the money to my account. I called and spoke with an agent and she pretty much refused to put the money stated she will send me an email to cancel any future orders (which I still have not received an email), however I kept telling her I want them to put my my money back and take my credit card off of their records. At this time she hung up on me. I since found out they use what they call an auto shipment scam.
