I was contacted and promised that the company would handle all the paperwork related to student loan forgiveness. They did not do any work on my behalf.

Called 8 times today. Three of those times I answered. First they said it was student loan forgiveness. Second time it was medical debt consolidation. Third time it was credit card debt consolidation. The third time I was told they were not in a call center (literally could hear at least five other conversations) and that there were no supervisors available to address the fact that I told them every single time not to contact me again under threat of legal action.

I was contacted by the number 1-877-897-7939 and spoke with Jack I***. He told me that I could have my student loans at 0% financing over the course of the life of the loan, I just needed to give a payment. They accessed my FASFA ID, my current student loan carrier were able to go online and reset my password, and reset my FAFSA ID. I was told that I would have a lower rate of repayment if I had more people in my home and if I worked for a non-for profit. They also asked me to email 2 of my last 2 paystubs. I was given a Student ID# and asked to email my paystubs to [email protected],
I was also called back at from a number in SanAntionia, TX which is 210-301-0307.
After I submitted my paystubs, all the numbers I call are "non working numbers".
I paid almost $500 and agreed to a payment plan for the course of my loan.
I called my current student loan carrier *** and they had never been contacted by DebtCenter of America
