I received a letter in the mail with instruction to create an FSA ID and to call them to receive complete student loan forgiveness or lower rates. They listed my exact loan debt amount. I called They wanted $990 to file a Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) Employment Certification form which is available to the public through the Department of Education’s website. They did get my personal information. The female Bre Lynch sounded legitimate.
