DERMATSTIC MOISTURIZIN 87 / DermaVie offered a free trial product. I accepted and provided them with my PayPal debit card. I canceled this subscription within the allotted time and they charged my account $87.41. I disputed with PayPal and PayPal then denied me. I called DERMATSTIC MOISTURIZIN 87 to clarify why I as charged after canceling the account before the deadline and was put on hold for over 30 minutes and then hung up on. What do I need to do to file a complaint?
