Consumer received a call from Frank Simmons stating he was with Duke Energy. Mr. Simmons stated that 2 technicians were coming to turn power off for 2 to 3 days because payment was late ($400+ owed). Consumer was then instructed to go Rite Aid and call Mr. Simmons for further instructions on what to do.
