My name is Leila Jones and I am a 73 year old women. Recently I broke my hip therefore I live in a rehabilation center. My daughter Jill Jones has been paying my bills. She noticed a charge from a company called DRONCALL. I have been paying this company since October 2017 and I don’t know why. I called the company but they refused to give me my money back. I never agreed to any contract and I asked them to produce a contract but they cannot but told me they have a recorded message of my voice agreeing to this but I did not. I asked them to let me hear the message they said I have to callback in 4 to 6 weeks to hear the message. I never signed up with this company and they have stolen my money. My bank cancelled this months charge but I am on social security and cant afford for them to steal this type of money.
