Call came in from 876-817-2384 man identified himself as Mr. David Dash, said i was the latest winner of the Publisher Clearing House Sweepstakes… I had won 1 million dollars and a New Car. Told me I needed to contact a Mr Frank Malone at 876-521-9395 ext. 5 to set up collection of my winnings. I did not do this and contacted BBB.
