Type of a scam Identity Theft
Called and stated they were with the Department of Homeland Security and that his name was "Kevin Johnson". he stated that there was a case of Identity theft and that he was going to send the Police to arrest me. He wanted me to verify my SS# and DOB.
I didn’t understand him since he had a foreign accent. I knew he didn’t sound like a Kevin Johnson. so I hung up and looked at the BBB site for scams and there he was with 24 complaints.
