Type of a scam Fake Invoice/Supplier Bill
I bought two puppies from Newfoundland and the previous owner chose to use door-to-door shipping . I originally paid $700 for the shipping then they said the puppy crate was not up to code and will would have to pay a refundable deposit of $1000 for a new crate. I paid it and then they came back to me and said we had to pay a refundable payment of $2500 for a CITE permit to allow the dogs in the city. I paid it. and then they wanted a refundable payment of $4000 because one of the dogs was supposedly sick and could not travel that way. I could not pay this so they supposedly refunded me $3500 and I sent another $500. Now today I received an email saying the dogs will not be delivered until I give them $7000 to prove I can look after these dogs. This is ridiculous and I will not (can not) pay this. They are holding the puppies for ransom and refuse to deliver them. We do not believe there are any puppies.
