I was wanting to purchase a corgi puppy for my daughter as a Christmas gift. I came across "Pembroke Welsh Corgi Pups Zone" on the internet. The website looked legit and very nice. I emailed the website at: http://www.pembrokewelshcorgipupszone.com about purchasing a puppy and was in correspondence with Daniel Moore, with emails, texts & verbal communication. I picked out a puppy, his name is "Bailey," and was told to wire $550.00 via Walmart to Walmart wire transfer. The money was transferred and Daniel received it. He emailed me a purchase agreement, which I signed and returned. It states, that I am Bailey’s (Corgi Puppy) legal owner, and that I paid $550.00 for him. He, said that the puppy would be shipped the following morning. The next day, I was preparing to go get the puppy at the airport, and I got an email from the shipping company, stating that I needed to send an additional $950.00 for a special dog crate to send via United Airlines. I refused to send that money, and he suggested he would pay half the cost and for me to just send him $550 more. I was instructed to send a Western Union in the name of: Fondong Celes, Columbus, OH 43228. Daniel has promised me three times to ship the little puppy, and the puppy has never been shipped. Daniel is located at 3852 Briggs Road, Columbus OH.
I told him I wanted my money back and that I would file a police report.

I was looking to purchase a corgi puppy and came across Pembroke Welsh Corgi Pups Zone on the internet. I emailed the website about a puppy and was in correspondence with Daniel with emails, texts & verbal communication. I put a $250.00 deposit down for the puppy and did this through Walmart to Walmart wire transfer. We made arrangements to pick up the puppy at the address 3852 Briggs Road, Columbus OH. This drive took me over 3 hours and when I was less than 20 minutes away he emailed me saying he was not at the location & had an emergency but he would ship my puppy to me. He asked me to pay the remaining balance and I told him I did not feel comfortable doing that since I was stood up earlier. He said he could refund my $250.00 but I have not seen or heard from him since.
