I bought a lab workbook and software material to study for my CCIE R&S and they sent me an incomplete materials, they told me they would provide me an instructor to help me to set up my lab and to help me to answer any questions or concerns. I used Western Union to send the money because I could save $250 but they did not provided me support and the material. I sent the money to WEIQIANG ZHANG in Fuzhou, Fujian, China.
