I went to the site listed on drivers license renewal form to renew a drivers license. As I tried to renew online a site(http://drivers-licenses.org/contact-us.html) came up and directed us to proceed for renewal. We thought it was something new with the renewal process and proceeded. However, it was not and charged our credit card. I did call them to have it removed, but wanted to let others know to be aware of this. This makes the PA dept of transportation look bad and makes others not want to renew online. Someone should do something about this. It was very good at making us believe it was part of the process. I did start with the www.dmv.pa.gov as noted on the renewal. I was directed to this other site and taken for a ride. Not happy.

Type of a scam Identity Theft
I was trying to get my wife’s driver’s license renewed for her online. The scammers got my wife’s home address and name and our bank account (debit card) number by claiming to be the Georgia online license renew center. The website is located at driverslicenseservices.org/index.html They charged our bank card 22.95 for the fake service and I was able to dispute this transaction by calling our bank. I also called the customer service number at 1-866-329-5159 and the supposed professional services customer service agent named Joe R (He would not give me his full name due to supposed security reasons) emailed me today saying we would not be charged and to not contact our bank. I did contact our bank though about this and filed a dispute.
