I have been receiving phone calls claiming that my sister in NYC is beening sued by Verizon .
There asking if they can meet with me here in Texas to give paper work for her to appear in court .
How did these people get my phone number and why are they harassing me to collect money .
When i asked who and what company there calling from they hung up the phone .
