The gentleman approached us as any other client would via email expressing interest in our property. He went as far as signing a contract and sending it over via email. He then asked if we would accept funds from a credit card to be dispersed to a separate vendor he supposedly hired from us. He was informed we only accept checks as a form of payment twice.
Very persistent!
