Type of a scam Online Purchase
Found kittens on cincinnati craigslist . no price listed. Sent message to seller. Was contacted and told he was giving them away due they were his grandmother that passed away. But he was in arizona. Asked a few questions about me. Like he was concerned about the kittens. Said he new a shipping company that would ship for $320.00 and he would pay the $80.00 fee for vet check and paperwork. Asked for closest airport to me. A few hours later told all was ready. Gave me a invoice # and dixlogistics website address. Went to website ,punched in # and got info on date of delivery and info on kittens. Got a email from dixlogistics stating that the kittens had been check in, crate #, vet check and to send money via walmart to Philemon Ntungbi in Dallas Texas 75001. That he was their offsite agent that handled airfare. Asked to take a picture of the receipt and send it dixlogistics. They suggested in the email to not tell Walmart this was for online purchase to avoid taxes and fees. I of course did not do this. Looked up dixlogistics on the net and found a site listing them as a pet scam.
