my credit card was debited £510 by Dusti solutions on 20/08/19, but I did not order from them and have received nothing. Again for £70O ON 22/01/20

i JUST RECEIVED A CONFIRMATION OF $424.00 ON MY MASTER CARD FOR DUSTI SOLUTIONS. I DID NOT ORDER THIS. IS THIS A SCAM? i WILL REFUSE TO PAY THIS SINCE i DID NOT ORDER IT. i HAVE NO CLUE WHY THIS IS BEING BILLED TO ME EXCEPT THAT IT IS A SCAM.
Printer not operational, contacted HP support. They could not get it going – went into my computer & supposedly installed Webroot (computer virus protection). Next day not only printer not working but computer not working and Webroot not installed. All this was $199.99 USD and 3 days of exhaustion dealing with HP? technicians. I would like some responses from Dusti Solutions please.
My printer went offline, called the HP techs. They installed Webroot? (computer virur protection), searched my computer to see problems with computer. Nothing worked. Next day my computer all communication with printer was gone. I was charged $199.99 USD for a printer and now a computer not operations and Webroot is not installed.

Computer warning on my pc popped up with virus warning with toll free number. Warning used Microsoft as the source. I called toll free number they said I had multiple viruses for 110.99 for a years coverage they good clean my pc . The billing on my credit card was to Singapore

Was working on my computer and a computer virus alert system showed up on my computer and had me call a certain number or else my computer would be locked and all of my info would be stolen. Then the person I spoke with charged me a lot of money for computer virus protection and windows 10 upgrade.
