I searched online for a diamond art company that ships from the US and this company came up. Plenty of good reviews. So I placed a custom order at the beginning of May. Right away I got a confirmation of the order, and a welcome email. A couple of days later I received an email stating that because of COVID-19 they are running way behind. Totally understandable. However, I constantly checked the order to see if it shipped and it always said "unfulfilled". And then today their website won’t come up at all. I sent an email requesting my order be cancelled and my money returned, but I have not heard anything from them.

Order two paintings. I looked at the website to determine if It would be worth buying from. It took almost 2 months to recieve them. They were damaged, I tried contacting them and heard nothing. Once I got PayPal involved now they want to communicate. They are nothing but a scam!

Zero communication since then. Phone number on the site is bogus. Emails not returned. Now emails fail to deliver.

I had ordered 3 products and spend over $35. It has been over a month and I still never got my products I ordered. I emailed the company to cancel my order and get my money back but the company is making excuses and not giving back my money. The tracking number they gave me doesn’t exist.
