On 10 Feb 2021, I submitted a question through a query form on the website https://royaldachshundpups.com/ asking about transport and a few of the puppies. On 11 Feb, I was contacted via text message by Jeremy using 1-763-634-0148 with responses. After a series of messages and two emails (Royal mimi Doxies ) with videos, I agreed to pay a deposit of half of the cost of Miley ($700) and Cash ($600) and shipping ($200/each). I sent the money from my bank via Zelle to Charlene Njuambo, [email protected] and confirmed the transaction with a picture. I had asked for pictures of both Miley and Cash to be sent on 12 Feb, but received nothing. On 13 Feb, Jeremy contacted me and I asked for pictures again. He sent multiple picture of both dogs, but not together claiming that although they were fast friends, they are raised separately to prevent them from becoming attached. He claimed that they were friends when they were puppies and that the video from 11 Feb was taken right before they were separated. Neither dog is in the video. At this point, I asked for a refund including confirmation that it was sent and have heard nothing since. Contact info from the website: [email protected] and 218 203 9441.
I found the website through google and request about the puppy. They texted me asking if I received my email about the puppy. Text wasn’t professional at all. Then they ask me to Venmo them the money $600 for the dog and $200 for shipping. I refused to pay with Venmo because I don’t know if they r legit. They kept sending puppy pictures and said I don’t have to worry about scam because they are grown people? I was like what? Grown people are the one who scam people. Then they called and texted me at 2 in the morning and said they accept credit card. My cousin was so eager about getting the dog she rushed me through it. I used my credit card to pay for it and then we found out about the scam. I frozen my account so they couldn’t have my money. They still try to contact me and say if the shipping company email me or anything. The guy at shipping company has Spanish accent and not professional. I refused to check on any email or provide any info. Be careful don’t pay stranger w zelle, Venmo or cash app because you can’t reverse or dispute charge. If they legit they have no problem taking your money by whatever method.

I contacted the breeder about a puppy, they gave me "info" about the dog I wanted and told me it would be $600 + $100 for shipping costs. I signed a contract and a transfer of ownership form. After paying the $700 and given a tracking number, the "transport company" called "Starlight Pet Movers". They notified me the crate used isn’t the correct one and the new one costs $1300. This is when I alerted the seller, which they never answered my calls. Someone answered in broken english rushing about getting the money for the crate. Then called again later saying their phone is having difficulties. I am requesting my money back from them and they keep going around in circles.
They seemed ok at first then they wanted $1200 at the last minute.

Inquired about a puppy for sale on their website and after exchanging multiple emails and text messages along with buyer and seller purchase agreements that were signed by both parties (the buyer and the seller) shipping arrangements were made and then money was exchanged using Chase Quickpay by Zelle. Following, a phone conversation took place to provide the shipping agency’s information and that the agency would be in contact with me and provide tracking information. The agency then contacted me and provided me with tracking information and what appeared to be a legitimate flight arrangement through the USPS. Then upon departure time the puppy was not in the proper crate due to recent requirements that had changed due to COVID-19 and I needed to send a large amount of money to the seller for the proper rental crate for the dog to be shipped. I then tried to contact the agency via phone, that was unsuccessful, this verified that it was a scam and I requested a refund again and have not yet received any responses. I left a voicemail, sent a text message, and sent an email.

Conversed via email for like 2 weeks and seemed legit. Sent contract and transfer of ownership paperwork. I paid initial deposit for puppy, then remaining balance before shipping. On the Day of agreed shipping I heard nothing until I text and supposedly had just dropped puppy off at shipping agency. Received what looked like a legit email from Priority Express Delivery saying they received puppy, then another saying she was going thru security getting ready for flight then the next email said there was a problem with pet crate she was in that I needed to select a crate from what they had available and send $1505 for crate deposit and I’d receive a refund of 95% when puppy was delivered. At that time I felt very uncomfortable with this and requested a refund from the seller. Waiting to see if that happens. I have emails and text from seller, emails from shipping company and paperwork upon request. Unable to attach

Contacted the website wanting to purchase a dachshund pup, was told the pup was available and they asked a few questions about home environment the pup would be living. They provided me with the info on where to transfer the pup fee of $700. I sent the money using my debit card, was then informed that a delivery service would be contacting me about the flight info. I was contacted by priority express delivery service by phone, (956) 404-0388, that the pup was in route to the airport in Minnesota. They then sent a email that the crate was rejected by the airline and that I would need to rent a thermo regulatory crate due to the climate differences between the two states. The cost of renting the special crate was $1500 which was 95% refundable after delivery of the pup was complete. I received emails about the pup being on its way to Atlanta airport, once there, the delivery service contacted me that the pup needed more required vaccinations even a covid-19 shot. I did not send any more money because then I knew it was a scam. I made attempts to call them and email them afterwards but can not get a response. I lost a total of $2200 and did not receive the pup.

I inquired about a 6 week old puppy for sale. I was given the date of birth, parents weight, The “seller” even answered questions about what kind of food and training treats the puppy eats!
The day after paying the “seller” through Zelle I start receiving emails from the “pet shipping” company. They want me to sent $1300+ for a “heated crate” because the “sellers” crate didn’t pass safety requirements.
I advise people to beware of ads through PuppyFind website and to beware of a supposed pet shipping company called Priority Express Delivery.
