Type of a scam Online Purchase
I first saw their advertisement while on an app. I looked at their website and purchased two beds for $125.99 on April 18. The website looks legit. On the website they call it the Dog Calming Bed and list a TM (trademark). It says as seen on TV. They said about 2 weeks for delivery, they offered a sale price. They said they ship via USPS and you get tracking in 3 days. It’s been over a month and no beds. I’ve contacted them multiple times and no reply. They also list lots of pictures and reviews – of course all positive On further research I see that there is a company with a very similar name that seems to be legit. When I accidentally contacted them they responded right away. Then I looked closer at this company. They list no address on their website but they say to return beds to: Unit 9 POOLE GB BH165RU. They also list a different name: [email protected] I can’t find a company by that name. Their refund policy is very weird, doesn’t mention dog beds but mentions many other items. I am going to keep trying to contact them but they seem to be a scam.
