Diverse Trends

I ordered a quilt from Diverse Trends / Fenzhe. The quilt that I received does not look like the one in the photographs in the advertisement. I am extremely unhappy with the appearance of the quilt; it is ugly. I attempted to work with this company to return the item, but they were very difficult to work with. They would take several days to reply to emails. The emails basically said nothing. They finally offered to give me a partial refund of $6.50 and said that I had to pay return shipping, which would cost $20.00. I PAID $65.99 FOR THE QUILT! I attempted to get a refund through PayPal, but lost the case in PayPal. PayPal said the “appearance” reason was not good enough, and they just ignored the $6.50 refund offered for my $65.99 purchase. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! UNBELIEVABLE. I gave the blanket to my dogs.
